The GE HealthCare Lead Multimedia Videographer & Editor is an employee of EPIC Creative, working onsite at GE HealthCare in Waukesha as part of GEHC’s Student and Digital Services team. You’ll create technical and service videos for modalities across GE HealthCare while ensuring the content meets the needs of the project stakeholder and is within brand standards.

What You'll Do

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with project stakeholders to understand their video needs and provide valuable insight when reviewing the project and offering recommendations for development and delivery solutions
  • Support modality and team needs across GE HealthCare to creative engaging training content and marketing material
  • Consult on, plan, capture, and edit video content and audio to create high quality deliverables that meet the training requirements and needs of the end users
  • Oversee multi-camera video shoots including directing talent and other camera operators as needed
  • Ensure produced content meets the established brand standards and accurately represents GE HealthCare
  • Set and maintain A/V and motion graphics standards and templates
  • Manage and maintain all A/V production equipment
  • Troubleshoot and support all A/V related software and equipment
  • Train and support Modern Learning Developers (MLDs) to self-sufficient in basic video recording and editing skill

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Photoshoots as needed for headshots and at live events including the setup of production lighting and backdrops
  • Administrator and point of contact for Brightcove account
    • Set workflow and maintain standards for video delivery and engagement analytic data
    • Manage user accounts
    • Stay up to date with new features of service
    • Oversee the creation of QR code video playlists
    • Manage close caption and translation requests
  • Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

  • 5 years of experience in videography preferably with Canon Cinema cameras and Canon lenses
  • 5 years of experience in photography preferably with Canon DSLRs
  • Comfortable troubleshooting
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Clear understanding of the scope of video and photography projects
  • Experience with production lighting
  • Self starter who’s able to work independently and a team player
  • Comprehensive knowledge in the Adobe Suite (Premier, After Effects, Photoshop and Audition)
  • Working knowledge and experience in OBS, Camtasia and Excel a plus
  • Experience with screen capture devices, basic HTML knowledge, motion graphic skills are a bonus
  • A strong portfolio, demonstrating solid video and photography skills
  • Ability to travel locally to other GE locations for shoots as needed
