With a strong footing in desalination and industrial wastewater as a core to their business for over 30 years, Energy Recovery was looking to take their solutions and technology into new and emerging markets — including CO2 refrigeration and submarkets within industrial wastewater.
Through strategic investment in creative and tactical strategies, we created clear, concise messaging around ERI’s unique value, educated multiple audiences in applicable markets, developed a strong call to action, and tracked interested audiences for future marketing, education, and engagement.
An omnichannel blend of tactics—including email marketing, Google Ads search, paid LinkedIn campaigns, media relations, digital and traditional publication advertising, native advertising, content marketing, and webinar promotion—allowed us to reach niche audiences at specific points in their customer journey.
In order to better serve their expanded target audience, the Energy Recovery website needed new and reorganized content, which in turn would help feed the sales funnel. By rethinking the call-to-action strategy throughout the site, we were able to significantly increase engagement and conversions. By implementing more advanced analytics and backend functionality, the new website allows for a more in-depth understanding of user behavior and how they interact with the brand.
