Communication strategy: The best tactics to reach the various audiences we needed to reach, including YouTube, social media, digital advertising, and website content.
Content strategy: A mix of long-form explainer videos that combine live action and animation, as well as teaser videos that help pique the interest of clinical and operational leaders.
Key performance indicators: For each type of content and tactic, we recommended the appropriate measures of success, including metrics for impressions, engagement, retention, clicks, and video views.
This effort resulted in more than a dozen videos highlighting the key features and benefits of IMO Health, speaking directly to their target audiences.
