Speed Queen® is a leading manufacturer of premium laundry appliances, with an emphasis on longevity. Their washers and dryers famously have a 25+ year lifespan (they’re tested for 10,400 cycles!), and their marketing often focuses on quality and performance.
THE CHALLENGE
With industry demand increasing, Speed Queen needed a digital resource to help retailers understand and communicate the value of Speed Queen’s premium products, including unique features and components of each machine.
The catch? With the plan for a consumer website, they wanted this interactive tool to support training and sales for retailers, with the intention of eventually developing a consumer-facing version.
THE SOLUTION: AN EXPLOSIVE WEB EXPERIENCE
The engaging experience at explore.speedqueen.com allows retailers to interact with each Speed Queen series machine—Classic Clean™ Series washers, Perfect WashTM Series washers, Front Load washers, and Dryers. Each machine features 3D-rendered models in an exploded view to show the different components and features.
Interactive Hotspots
To give retailers specific information on key features and machine parts, the exploded view includes interactive hotspots. Upon click, each hotspot opens to show details, specifications and marketing content.
Overview Detail
The experience also includes quick, digestible product overview modules with specifications, key features, and warranty information. These exist for easy reference so retailers can quickly see the different products available to customers.

Beyond training, the breakout experience will be replicated with consumer-facing content, then integrated into Speed Queen’s consumer website, offering homeowners and other consumers details on Speed Queen’s engineering and craftsmanship as they’re considering which machines to purchase.
