TriSalus
TriSalus is a leading medical device company that produces the revolutionary TriNav® Infusion System, which helps overcome drug delivery challenges, especially to solid liver tumors.
The Challenge
While TriNav has a powerful success story of how its device can improve clinical patient care and tumor treatment, their outdated website was hindering their ability to clearly communicate the benefits of their device, increase adoption rates among interventional radiologists, and expand into other care areas.
To support their coordinated digital marketing efforts, EPIC was tasked with designing an intuitive website that delivers a resonant, compelling user experience across the customer journey, and helps the TriSalus marketing team generate MQLs and convert SQLs.

THE SOLUTION: A NEW SITE, POWERED BY SEO AND MARKETING AUTOMATION
The new TriNav website is designed to educate and provide resources to interventional radiologists with an intuitive, engaging user experience, but what’s behind the scenes is what makes the new TriNav website so powerful.

Updated Design and Functionality
While solid liver tumor embolization is a complex topic, the website leads with clear information supported by clinical data and aligns with TriNav’s marketing campaigns to provide consistent messaging throughout the user journey. It also includes more content and a more intuitive user experience, helping users find their “best next step” to bring them closer to conversion.

Search Engine Optimization
The site is heavily supported by SEO best practices, including robust FAQs and the conversion of all resource content to live text. Compared to previous PDF downloads on the old website, all resource content is now indexed and supports enhanced SEO/AEO. This will help build organic visibility and traffic within search engines and LLMs. All core pages underwent keyword research to ensure that we were aligning with search queries made by interventional radiologists.



Marketing Automation
EPIC built the site with strategic conversion tracking and lead scoring to ensure TriNav could leverage website data to support their marketing and sales goals. Additionally, we implemented a mapping structure around resource downloads and emails, providing users with branded touchpoints when they request materials, furthering the enhanced website UX. And tying it all together is full Hubspot CRM integration to support the customer journey.

As TriNav looks to expand into other care areas, we built the site so that it could easily grow to support their content needs while still maintaining a consistent message and design.
