DEFINING THE BRAND
With over 20 years of experience, there was a growing demand for Jay English’s newly founded non-profit, Plain English. To address and expand the audience, EPIC developed a clear messaging strategy and brand position with an elevated identity system that better connects the brand as a whole.
The website was overhauled to create a more approachable, intuitive user experience through design consideration and improved way-finding.
The Plain English website invites both businesses and individuals to learn more about the services offered and doubles as an informational hub to those who are unsure. In addition to, a unique iconography set was developed to differentiate the three audiences, along with the services attached to each.
